I come to this restaurant quite often and always enjoy the food and service. I usually get my meal to go, but it's summer break right now and as this is a campus location it's pretty slow at the moment, so I decided to dine in this afternoon. I ordered an avo turkey sandwich, and it was excellent. Came for the kids eat free weekend deal, sadly this location didn't have kids meals.. luckily the awesome manager took care of our kids regardless. Thank You great lunch 5 stars!

Potbelly is a sandwich chain that many customers love, with food that is better than other sandwich chains by a long shot. The Mediterranean Chicken sandwich is a popular choice, and it is so good that it is enough for two meals, though the sandwiches are pretty pricey at around $15 each. However, the roast beef always has a lot of gristle that is so tough it has to be pulled out of the sandwich. The service can be inconsistent; sometimes the awesome manager or the owner is really kind, especially when orders are messed up. There have been multiple funny times when takeout orders forget something in the bag, like napkins, forks, or even big items. One customer once ate a salad with a knife and was not even mad. Another time, a customer paid 24 dollars for an online order but got it so wrong. Also, this location does not accept cash, only apple pay and cards, which can be a problem. Despite these issues, the food is delicious, and kind staff have been known to take care of customers, making it a place many would recommend.
