Their Sea Salt Sourdough bagels are unmatched. Get addicted with me.
You can stock up at the Downtown Bloomington Farmers Market (entrance to the Ensenberger building) on Saturday, but they also carry them at Green Top Grocery off Washington & Fresh Thyme on Veterans in Bloomington.
For special occasions I love their Focaccia!
At the market they accept cash or card and tap to pay.
If you love bread that makes great sandwiches and French toast and also toasts up perfectly, this sourdough white is the bread for you. If you love bread that is perfect for dipping in some good quality EVO (extra virgin olive oil), this olive oil & sea salt focaccia is the bread for you. If you love bread that is indulgent and delicious whether eaten as is, or toasted, or with butter or jelly either way, this cranberry nut bread is the bread for you. So delighted that our local grocer carries it!
I received loaf of bread and I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the crust and it was perfectly baked.
Nutrition Facts. Considering health issues and awareness has become a very serious and thought provoking matter, it is discouraging this bakery company does Not have "Nutrition Facts" labels on Any of their products. Most DO want to know how much fat, sugar, carbs, etc., each product has, doing so may actually also see sales climb.
The almond croissants are gross - instead of being light, crisp and flaky, they are heavy and doughy, with a half baked soggy interior instead of the almond paste one might expect. I threw most of the one I bought away after a few bites.
This is the best whole grain sourdough we have ever tasted. It has a nice sour flavor and the texture is super fab! Yummmmm!! I buy several 1/2 loaves weekly in St Louis area Fresh Thyme. Thank you!
I got artisan whole wheat sourdough loaf bread from Fresh&tyhme oakpark. The plastic bag that the bread was in has millions of holes and the bread became a piece of rock in a day. I have never seen a bread loaf in a bag like this. Wouldn’t buy again .
Well worth the price! Bought it at Fresh Thyme in St. Louis. The Yukon Garlic was delicious.

Pretty good bread, nice flavor and texture, although nice quite as tasty as a San Francisco Sourdough made from a starter maintained from the days of the 49ers.The only thing that keeps this bread from perfection is that I would describe it as "scored" rather than "sliced". It still took good serrated knife to separate the individual slices.

Bought some delicious items today from the farmers market! Never disappoints.
Bought this at the 6/25 market and by Wednesday 6/29 it was covered in mold. For $7 I was expecting it to last at least a week.
I tried your garlic mozzarella focaccia bread from the Monticello farmers market and it was amazing! So fresh, light and delicious!
