Went in on a weekday evening. Wait time was short, staff was friendly. It was however a bit overpriced. About $8 for a small. This is also one of those places that the machine automatically asks for a tip. If they got rid of that and decreased prices by 10 percent this place would be 5 stars.

$8.25 for the tiniest cup of ice cream! Good grief!!!! It wasn't even really good. There was no standout flavor. It doesn't taste like much of anything but sugar. The place fillls your nostrils with sugar from outside the building. I thin Cold Stone is WAYYYY overrated and is GROSSLY overpriced!

What a great location! The owner is an awesome guy and the staff there is so incredibly helpful, and really know what they are doing. I'm thankful we have a place like this in Champaign.

Worse experience I had at this location, normally there are young adults working but this time it was grown men working, I felt rushed, and disrespected. Ice cream was melted asked about it and he made it seem like it was my fault, when asked about pricing once again he gave me a sarcastic response, asking me if I was having a rough day. Not sure what’s his position at this store but I’m sure he could do better. If equipment is not functional, let the customer know before ordering, and don’t get upset if a customer ask about it, or close the business till it gets fixed.

Favorite ice cream place in town by far. Love all the mix-ins. Staff is always super friendly and courteous. Can cross the street and walk around a huge hidden gem of a park. Can't recommend enough.

Very disappointed that this location changed their add-in cookie dough to individual preformed pieces. They are very dry and nearly inedible.. I hope this is temporary, otherwise I will not be returning. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time, so didn’t want to tank their rating but want them to know the ingredient change is NOT GOOD.

I recently ordered a Cold Stone signature cake for pickup, but due to a last-minute change, I found myself unable to pick it up and needed delivery instead. When I called, David answered and went above and beyond to help. Initially, it seemed like delivery might not be possible, but David was incredibly understanding and, to my surprise, offered to deliver the cake himself. This gesture was so kind and thoughtful—it really meant a lot to me. David's genuine kindness and willingness to help truly made my day, and it's the type of service that inspires me to pay it forward. Thank you, Cold Stone, for hiring such wonderful, caring staff. We have been going here since they opened last May. The staff is very friendly and professional. We’ve had everything from their ice cream cookies (my favorite), to ice cream, to their amazing cakes! It always hits the spot. The owner is very nice and participates with local schools and helps them with fundraising. A place that gives back to the community is always appreciated in my book.

Hadn’t been to this place in a while, now I know why. The ice cream had no flavor!!!! Literally had no taste, I ordered the coffee lovers, the cone and ice cream were completely tasteless……after spending a whopping 9.57…..now I know I will not ever return! What a disappointment!!!!!
