I came here with my boyfriend for an afternoon lunch after we got done with all of our errands in champaign so decided we ordered to go and go home . When I was almost done with my burger I noticed something weird, and when I spitted out my food I notice there was a long blonde hair in it ! I didn’t even bother to finish the rest of my burger ! I submitted an online complaint and didn’t hear back from the restaurant so I believe after this it will be calling guest relations .

I went to drive thru and ordered a tenderloin basket with fries. The tenderloin had a weird taste, like it may have been spoiled. And my French fries were not done all the way. They were like eating raw potatoes. Plus I ordered 2 Double Deluxe Burgers with French fries and the fries were the exact same way as the Fries with tenderloin basket. I have never tasted food this bad at this location. My husband and I always come here for take out, because I love the service, plus I like the tenderloin. But not this time. We didn't eat our fries and the Tenderloin sandwich. It even looked strange,.

Stopped in for a bite while waiting on my oil change. No line at 3pm. Busier now within 15 min .
Ordered a Mushroom and Swiss double burger, med fries and med drink. It came out in less than 5 min and the food was super hot! It was great.
Store is very clean and large. Forgot pics of the food again! But I did get some of the inside and the receipt. Which was $12.14

The owner has their name on the front door, do they ever set eyes on the place. Filthy. The door glass, windows, detestable. Never cleaned. A sign of poor management and poor ownership. Clean it up!

First off when Aleecia shes the one that gave me my food I said thank you and she gave me a whole stank face with an attitude now that made me mad all I said was "thank you" she didn't have to have a whole attitude she could've Said "your welcome" it's that easy so that why I'm giving one star.
I am pretty sure that Culver's has the best quality food of all of the more famous fast food restaurants. The prices might be just be a little bit higher but not that high. The food quality and the great service is well worth the small extra price you pay.

Just an average visit. Parking and lot space is cramped. My cheese curds could have been cooked longer, and the cheese sauce we ordered a la carte was pretty watered down and thin.
