I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Domino’s store. My delivery order took more than 3 hours, and when I called at 6:22 PM, the staff told me my order was still “out for delivery.” Twenty minutes later, the manager suddenly claimed the driver “couldn’t find me,” “called me,” and “threw the food away,” even though I received no calls at all. I have phone records to prove this.
The manager was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me when I asked for redelivery. When I called again, he intentionally left me on hold for almost ten minutes without responding.
This was not only extremely unprofessional but also dishonest. I’ve never been treated this way as a customer. I hope Domino’s corporate reviews this store seriously.

Don’t order from here, they can’t keep enough stuff to get you your order on time. And they won’t care to let you know. I ordered a delivery to be scheduled for an hour later drop off and when I finally made it to the store, they told me I had to wait another hour for it. No one answered my calls and the open sign isn’t even on.

i usually have pretty good luck at this dominos even though a lot of my friends have said they've never had good experiences. right now i'm sitting waiting for a pizza i ordered over an hour ago as two employees are slowly catching up on what seems to be 10+ orders. honestly, i'm not even upset with the employees because it's not their fault they're understaffed. im confused why you would staff a campus location dominos with only two people... college kids are hungry every day of the week. moral of the story: don't put your staff in the horrible position of having to keep up with a 5+ man job. don't think i'll be ordering here again lol.

They had accidentally taken my pizza and given me the wrong one, they immediately got to work fixing it and offered me a brownie while I waited. Very friendly staff.

I placed a drive up carry out order where they bring it to your car. I marked on the app that I’m here and waited for ten minutes with my car on. After no one came out, I called and the manager Keith told me to come in because “there was only one person working”. And I said I didn’t feel comfortable coming out because I was a woman at night and was in my pajamas. He refused to bring it out for me and said I could wait for the delivery driver to come back, but he didn’t know how long it would be. So I reluctantly went inside, feeling unsafe in the middle of the night, alone. They offered me a free soda but I didn’t want it as that doesn’t make up for what happened
