Stopped in after an Illini basketball game to grab a pie to take back to the hotel. The entire team was awesome and the manager (I didnāt get his name) made the perfect pizza in a matter of minutes. He was amazing as was the entire team. Great pie and experience.

Delivery was 30 minutes late the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich was disgusting. The pizza was cold. The Cheesy Marinara Dip was burned and had NO Bread Twists with it.

I never really leave negative reviews especially since Iām someone who works in food service so I understand when itās busy and orders take a while to go out but my experience at this particular location has been horrible. Iāve ordered delivery twice and both times it has taken 3+ hours to get my order. Currently as of writing this review it is 10:46pm and I have yet to receive my 1 pizza order that was placed atā¦. 7:05pm. The dominos app of course will lie and say your order will take only 30-40 minutes when you place it please do not trust that. Thereās no way to change which store you order from on the dominos app so if you live within the green st locationās radius please do yourself a favor and just place for pickup at another location. The worst part is both times the app has marked my order as ādeliveredā and when I open the door itās not there so both times I've ordered from this store Iāve had to sit on hold while they try and figure out what the driver did with my order.
Next day: I was able to get my order refunded as after 5hrs I still hadnāt received my pizza. Employees were super nice about it but upon returning to my account to check out a coupon Dominos sent in an email corporate has blocked my account. I really hope someone sees this and escalates this to corporate because this has nothing to do with the staff and everything to do with how the app is designed to straight up scam you from lying about delivery times, still letting orders be placed even though in store employees are saying their system was down, and then deleting your dominos account after getting a refund. Yeah real funny how the email address Iāve received dominos emails from is ānot linked to an account.ā Dominos is a scam company at this point.

I ordered food via uber eats app. The order was delayed by 1 hr and the store manager told me to wait to 30 mins more even after the estimated delivery time. After 1 hr I was able to track the dominos driver but he disappeared without delivering the order. The order was not delivered to me as I was waiting right outside my house. This is the worst dominos branch and they are a complete scam, who dont value the customers money and cheat them.

2nd time in a row that theyāve been so far behind. Pre ordered 2 pizzas and some bread 5 hours ahead of time. They didnāt get it in the oven until 30 min after the scheduled pick up time. They have like 10 employees in there so itās not like theyāre short staffed. Iād recommend going to a different dominoes. I understand campus is busy but thatās why I put the order in 5 hours early.

I got a slice of pizza with a long strand of hair in it .My 3 year old was about to eat that nasty slice of hairy pizza.I didnāt know this location would be delivering my pizza because if I had known I would have ordered elsewhere.I have had a bad experience prior to this happening.
This location is a little inconsistent, but whoever made my pizza at like 11:30 PM on August 17th, 2024, absolutely killed it. Loaded up my toppings, pizza was perfect, they crushed it!

As a truck driver I order Dominoes all over and this by far was the worst Iāve ever received!!!!! Nothing was right or good!!! Dry overcooked pizza basically no sauce in the cheese marinara dipping sauce! Ordered my pasta without onion and there was so many and they were strong!! that you couldnāt taste anything else. It was a HUUGGGEEEE waste of my hard earned money!!!!
