best sushi in town. they make it fresh and you don't have to wait forever for it. they have a huge team of sushi chefs behind the counter. The selection is vast and the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly.
I'm leaving a review at this location because for some reason I can't leave a review for the prospect location. My son and I visited this restaurant for the first time today and the food was absolutely amazing. Made fresh while we waited. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go here again if we're in the area again. We were in Champaign for other reasons and decided to try someplace new for lunch. We're very happy that we tried sushi man.

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The restaurant has a huge team of sushi chefs behind the counter and a vast selection. Prices are amazing, offering plenty for the price, and customers can add or remove anything from orders, though some additions cost an extra $1. Their sauces, like the mango and eel sauces, are available on the side. Everything is packaged very well for delivery. Some may consider it pricey, but it is worth it. A minor note is that the tall rolls could be cut into 8 pieces instead of 6. The location on Green Street is generally take out only with one table inside.
