“I love their doughnuts but I wish they would look at what they’re doing when they’re making the doughnuts. People order the type of donuts because of what’s on top of it. In my pictures below the chocolate carnival there’s only half covered with the sprinkles and I like sprinkles that’s why I ordered itand the other donut is the blueberry pistachio and I noticed that it only had pistachios on half of it so I asked If they could put some more pistachios on the half that didn’t have any so they did. Had I noticed that chocolate carnival was only covered half with sprinkles I would have asked for more sprinkles, but I shouldn’t have to. They should make them right in the first place and the ones that I could see in the case or were covered, but then they gave me these that were half covered. I decided to try one of their savory hot donuts and chose the pig and fig and It looked good, but when I bit into it, the bottom was overdone and tasted burnt. It’s all dark brown and has a burnt taste to it. Some of the top even is overcooked.
And the time before, and when I went to the drive-through, I got home with the donuts and the pistachio honey one was all sunken in. I don’t know what happened to that because the ones in the case today looked beautiful, but one of the other ones was kind of sucked down too. So they are good doughnuts just make them complete and don’t overcook the hot savory ones.
I would’ve given five stars if they were consistently covered with the things that you want them covered with and were not all sunken in and over done so they have a burnt flavor. So I definitely recommend these doughnuts because they are delicious just when you get them ask them to make sure and get you a doughnut that’s completely covered and whatever it is that you ordered it like the pistachios or the sprinkles or nuts or whatever. I’ve gotten quite a few doughnuts but the last few times I’ve been the only times In I really had problems with them, but it’s most of the time they’re all good.“

“Great location and very kind staff. Unfortunately, they’ve been giving me American cheese most of the time when I customized it to cheddar and it’s getting a bit annoying. It didn’t happen much before but the last 6mos it happens most of the time. Coffees became inconsistent around the same time, as well. Ratios just aren’t consistent like they were.“
