Terrible customer service. We paid the amount for the bagel morning combo (the one that has $6 promo) but ended up only getting the bagel. Then we asked the worker what happened to our order and their answer was look at your receipt, it doesn’t say anything there. If you want you can simply pay more and get your coffee.
Ok maybe we made some mistakes in the self check out kiosk but we DID pay the right amount for the bagel combo. I’ve never experienced this kind of CS quality ever in the US. Will never visit again

I went there and the workers are very rude. For their grown ages, they still don’t know how to make coffee. One time I went and they kicked us out because they wanted to leave right at 9pm when they closed. Maybe this was understandable however, another time I ordered a drink it was the first day that it was out on the menu and they got it wrong and they had no people by the way they are just always talking and the lady was on the phone while taking my order. What kind of job allows that? I did not complain the first time but, I went to get that same drink the next day to see if maybe they make it right this time and again I had to wait minutes to get my order taken even though they had no people. The drink was not mixed well and again the lady was on the phone while she was making drinks. They really need to get all new employees. It also feels very unsanitary there. Overall bad experience to say the least. Do not waste your money here especially if you’re a college student.

Workers take forever on your orders because they are too busy talking. Most of the times they get your order wrong. None of them are friendly, not only do they not greet you but also get give you dirty looks!

i order queso hash browns and received chipotle instead with barely any sauce. I also asked for American cheese on my sandwich and received cheddar. These people are incompetent MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING

Ordered a medium ice latte and it was 7.91 dollars, but on the menu it says 5.99, not sure what was going on. I also just got straight milk, after I asked for more espresso to the worker and she said this is what we will get if we get light ice, the attitude was terrible and the price is not worth what I had. We can tell if it’s just straight milk or light ice, don’t try to be smart.

These Dunkin' folks are very nice and generous. I came in, having forgotten to order sweeteners for my coffee, and instead of getting annoyed or upset (wink wink, Jimmy John's two doors down), they were happy to give me the Hazelnut and French Vanilla sweetener.

The low score: service! I visited my daughter at her university, and we went for coffee, I wasn't greeted. We didn't even receive a thank you for coming as we were leaving. The sad part is, they weren't busy. Just standing around. I spoke to them, and they just focused on getting the order. Nothing more

Prices are significantly higher than any other DD in the state, including most of Chicago area.
Definitely gets busy in the morning before and between classes, but the wait usually isn't too bad, especially if you order ahead on the app
Parking: There is no parking. Many people just pull over to the side of Green st.

Stood at the register for at least 7 minutes while 5 workers were still there waiting for someone to take my order when there was one other customer in the store. I gave up because that is unbelievable and I had a bus to catch. They were all pretending I wasn’t there and it was 8:47 in the morning and someone came to pick up their group order. It shouldn’t take all five workers to assemble a group order with donuts and coffee.
