Stood at the register for at least 7 minutes while 5 workers were still there waiting for someone to take my order when there was one other customer in the store. I gave up because that is unbelievable and I had a bus to catch. They were all pretending I wasn’t there and it was 8:47 in the morning and someone came to pick up their group order. It shouldn’t take all five workers to assemble a group order with donuts and coffee.

I ordered on the app and croissant, egg and cheese sandwich and a blueberry iced coffee. The croissants was burnt and old and extremely flaky and fell apart. I was in the parking lot when I ordered and all I had to do was drive around to the drive-through and my sandwich was extremely cold. I don’t know if this is the way I received my sandwich juice and I’m having a sandwich sale. However it was not crowded. It was only one car ahead of me at the time and the drive-through.
