Loved the miso noodles with cooked pork! The sauce and the poached egg made the noodles super creamy and flavorful. The service was also nice.
Really good food. However, I accidentally double tipped because the machine popped up the tip menu even though there was an auto gratuity for a large party which annoys me.
Great atmosphere for dining! The ramen noodles are good as well. Highly recommend the spicy tonkotsu ramen!

Kajiken Champaign is a nice and famous ramen place. It specializes in brothless ramen, or abura soba, which are dry noodles tossed in popular sauces. The Tonkotsu ramen is very flavorful, and the chashu has a lot of sabor. Appetizers like the deep fried oysters are delicious. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with very bonito decoration. There is a vegan option and desserts are available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a good ramen place and well worth it.
