I had purchased a gift card earlier in the day and after leaving the store i noticed that it had a holiday symbol for a religious holiday that the gift card recipient does not celebrate. No worries, I went back and asked if the balance could be transferred to a different card without a religious holiday symbol. Unfortunately, they only had holiday themed cards at the time, which again, no worries, I’d be happy for one with a symbol for a holiday that the recipient does celebrate....

The staff is a bit slow, but very friendly. Their attention to detail is lacking, and one guy could not grasp that I was there for only one order, and not from other third party apps. Took a bit for them to find my order and finish the donut part of it, even tho had coffee ready, getting colder as I had to wait for them to figure out where the order was, but one employee used my phone to pull the donuts, once they confirmed same order in their system that was not printing out....
