The coffee is good while the cost is on the higher side, but the barista that served me was so rude. She spoke to me with such attitude when I was ordering. I’m not sure if she was a regular employee or a manager, but regardless, their customer service sucks. Have had multiple experiences like this, and in all of those experiences the barista was a bratty girl.

They do not have any gluten-free food options other than a repacked brownie, so I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for good and gluten free. Nice space and nice variety of drinks.Dietary restrictions: Not good for gluten free

#1, the best coffee! Forget that giant chain from Seattle, get a great cup here!Nuf said.New store is modern & clean but I miss the old, crowded, one story, unique place that they tore down to build a skyscraper. But that's gone forever. The coffee is still the best.

The Espresso on Daniels by the Illini Bookstore has great baristas, great chai and I just tried the layered Carmel vanilla iced latte. Great drinks

I took my coffee to go. While in my car and attempted to drink the lid wasn't properly sealed. Hot coffee spilled in me and my new car (interior). I went back into the store and was given a wet towel to clean me and my car. Even though a male employee admitted that there were problems with the lids; the female employee stated that it wasn't the fault of the company. An offer of a free drink does not make up for the professional cleaning I will have to have done. I will never be back
