It was very busy for dinner service but they were able to get my group seated right away. The servers tried to bring us additional meals by mistake which we laughed about since it was packed. I enjoyed my ribeye sandwich and most of the appetizers. Only thing that the table didn't like was the pickle chips because they were slightly undercooked. My Son, Wife and I were there earlier today. We all three ordered the Ruban Sandwich. . .. For all three the meat was overcooked, dry, very little dressing if any or Sauerkraut and Cold.

I worked at The Esquire for a few years and can confirm this is THE best bar/business in all of C/U. Jackie and Paul are pillars of the community, and continue to produce a great environment/product. The staff is always fun and knowledgable. The food is really good and affordable. There’s always a patron willing to hold good conversation.
