I understand its covid times, and I'm going to be an a$$ because... I dont know, maybe they dont care because its grubhub, or maybe times have changed due to not being able to find people due to, nobody wants to work because they make more money on unemployment... so, the bacon wrapped hot dog is not wrapped in bacon, it is a hot dog sitting on bacon, still tasty, but not wrapped (we ordered 3 varieties) if it just said "bacon dog" that would be great, but "bacon wrapped " they wasnt. The burger was good, but way too much lettuce. The other burger in our order had the biggest plop of mayo that we have ever seen. Menu needs adjusting, people need training, if you cant find minimum wage slaves to make your product, you should probably raise your rate, and change your rates accordingly.

When I saw they had a Chicago Dog, I was excited until I saw what I got. I was even more disappointed when I tasted it. A Chicago Style Hot Dog has its toppings on top and consists of mustard, onion, neon relish, tomato, sport peppers, pickle, and celery salt. The hot dog I got was some off tasting mustard, onions, tomatoes, and a gas station tasting pickle. Huge disappointment but is edible I guess. The Philly Cheesesteak... why is it American cheese?? Taste ok I guess? Overall, edible but wouldn't prefer it.

Amazing burgers!

The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is plenty spicy when you order at the regular spice level, so that’s great. It’s also dark meat which is something you don’t see very often, and something I’ve been talking about wanting to see in a chicken sandwich. The only con is that it came with no Mayo or sauce of any kind, so it was a little dry.

Food is good but they have messed up my order twice and never pick up the phone. Ordered nashville hot from grubhub but got the original chicken sandwich instead because they were out of the ingredients. Could have been sorted if they picked up the phone but guess they don't mind giving commission to grubhub. The have been bad on picking the phone consistently for over a year now

I can't believe anyone would rate this place high. Ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Instead I got breading inside of two buns. No coleslaw. It was dry and I did not eat the sandwich because there was absolutely no actual chicken on the inside. It looked like it was chicken fat, that has been breaded and then fried. 7 bucks down the drain.

This place is totally worth the trip to campus. The burgers are pretty good, but the chicken sandwiches are the stuff of legends. They are only $6-7 and offer a huge piece of flavorful juicy fried chicken thigh. Probably the best chicken sandwiches I've ever tasted! The only thing I would criticize are the fries. They were rather soggy and totally devoid of flavor the couple times I've ordered. I'm not even sure they had any salt on them at all.

Probably one of the worst places I’ve eaten at. For an almost $6 chicken sandwich, you would think it would have been a better experience, but the chicken was not very crispy, was a very strange color, and smelled and tasted weird as well. I felt sick after eating some of it. Fries were bland and not that great either. On top of that, sauces are extra $$. Overpriced, overrated, poor quality food.

Cheap food and service at this spot is very good. Nice place to meet and catch up with family. Bring your hunger - portions are large.

Took way too long for a burger. Legit 25 minute experience at a takeout restaurant. There were only around 5 people in the entire restaurant, idk why it could take this long. Food wasn't even good, bruh

The service of the Howdy Burger (the cashier named Sincere) is the worst. She got the order mixed up so the other customer took my burger and 5 minutes later the customer came back to the store claiming that he got the wrong burger. I had to take the burger that the other customer took home and opened. NOT ACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY DURING THESE TIME OF COVID. After a long wait and getting chilled burger, I didn't get any apologies. Very disappointed

Burgers are OK. Average or slightly above average at most (but the bun tastes worse than your local Burger King lol Seriously.). Wings are terrible. The chicken skins were unchewable... like tires (note that I am not particularly picky on food). I am in my 20s with healthy teeth lol. Probably I won't order here again unless they publish some kind of discount coupons again. Well, I can say for sure that I am not ordering their wings. The place is aiming for broke U of I students. If this level of food was competing against restaurants outside of campus town, the store would close down within months.

I appreciate them being open because there are a lot of places on campus that are not but if this is what you're gonna serve people, then don't bother.

Eaten here multiple times. Everything I've had has been amazing and their price vs. quality of food can't be found anywhere else. Their Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich rivals Watson's at half the price (sorry Watson's, I still love you). Chicken tenders are amazing and I'm pretty sure they make their own buffalo sauce in house. My friend said their Chicago dog was the best she's had in town. I still haven't tried one of their burgers yet because the chicken sandwiches are so good. I'm also pretty sure that despite sounding like a chain restaurant that they are locally owned. Definitely a place to check out in CU.
