I had the chai and samosa chaat at Indian Chaat Cafe, and both were absolutely delicious! The flavors were authentic and reminded me of chaat back home in India. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A great spot for a cup of chai and tasty Indian street food. Highly recommend—5/5!

Indian Chaat Café is a cute, little, cosy restaurant in a strip mall on green street, just a quick bus ride or walk away from the main part of campus. The food is super authentic, yummy, and exceptionally tasty, and it felt like home food. The chai was fantastic with elaichi, and the samosa chaat was absolutely delicious. The vada pav, pani puri, rice, paneer and puri chaat were excellent. The veggie lunch box special and mango lassi were a great value and a good amount of food. The price of the food is cheap, and you really get your moneys worth. There is a wide variety of options for food, and for vegetarian there are lots of options as well. If you can’t handle spice you can ask for mild, and it isn’t spicy at all. The owner and the server were very friendly, welcoming, wholesome, nice, kind, helpful, hospitable, and passionate. The owner was giving vegetarian recommendations for next time. The service was excellent. Highly recommend.
