Let’s get the positives out of the way because for the most part, this is some of the best ramen I’ve had since studying abroad in Japan. The food is excellent, the service is great (and pretty fast), and the atmosphere inside is so clean, pretty, and inviting.

We just had our lunch there. The place looks a little outdated from the outside, but it's really nice and modern inside. The ambience was good and the staff were friendly. It's a relatively new place. They have one or two vegetarian options in each entree type and more in appetizers. Some have eggs but you can tell them not to add them. The lady who served us was knowledgeable.
So delicious， they have a good variety of Japanese and Korean food!

Ittonken is a hidden gem with tasty food and great ambience. The service is excellent, very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. The food is very good and delivered very fast. The Japanese beef rice is awesome. Ramen is really good with authentic flavor. Their hibachi is also a great option. The restaurant is very clean. The staff truly went out of their way to make customers feel at home. Meals arrived quickly and tasted amazing, all without breaking the bank. It is a combination of Korean and Japanese cuisine, and taste-wise this combination was definitely superior. Customers definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.
