I had no issues or complaints until I placed an order online for delivery THROUGH jimmy Johns website for their driver to bring to me. Instead of calling to let me know they didn’t have a driver and that he was going to push my order through to Uber eats, the Uber driver takes my food to god knows where and marks it as delivered I opened my door and nothing was there !!!! I felt this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL some of us do not order from them because our apartments could be difficult or theirs always an issue when having a 3rd party delivering food. They did not bother to even take 2 mins to call an ask me if that’s what I wanted to do or if I wanted my order canceled.

Worst service from a Jimmy John's I have ever had. Guy running the drive-thru at 1:00 on 1/5/24 said something like he was speaking to a coworker, then when I said hello after three minutes of waiting scolded me by saying "I told you to wait".Drove away, will not return & I will send a letter to their owner.

This new Bbq sandwich is not worth it I wanted to substitute a couple things and they forgot my tortilla chips which should be on the sandwich. I think it was quickly and cheaply made . I was very displeased with the service as well . This was not worth 30 dollars especially without a combo . I am very disappointed.

Just ordered delivery through the app from the Prospect location. Got a notification that my order was received. 30 minutes later, the app said it still wasn't out for delivery. I called and they said it was going out for deliver at that time. (No apology for the lack of "freaky fastness.") The order didn't arrive until ONE HOUR after my order was placed . . . AND the delivery driver left my drink in his car. So, I had to wait another 5 minutes for him to leave my place of business, go to his car, and come back with my drink. UNACCEPTABLE. Delivery driver was unfriendly at best. I will not be tipping in advance ever again and I will be ordering from another location from now on.

Ordered a number 10 and a number 4. Sharing the photos of number 10. What a embarrassment for Jimmy John's. What kind of sandwich is this. I asked for extra mayonnaise, barely got any. The lettuce you can barely see and it was all smooshed. The tomatoes were literally cherry tomatoes. Jimmy John's if you need product, please let me know and I'm happy to bring my own greenery. My wife and I both did not taste anything. The ingredients were all just blend and there was no taste to the sandwich at all. If I ate a cardboard, probably would have tasted better.

Previously when i've ordered from this location, delivery takes an hour or more which is frustrating because JJ is supposed to be fast. My past order was timely but smelled like cigarette smoke and bath and body works perfume. Very unprofessional, disappointing and unappetizing. Management needs to fix these issues but I have had issues with this store for about a year now. Never had an issue with the drive thru of this store though... only deliveries.

Hair! There was a hair in our wrap. We tried calling, albeit a few days later, but the guy wasn't helpful and gave another number higher up to call. However, he must have given us his same number by mistake, but he got a bit snippy, acting like it was our fault. Otherwise, it's a nice location, convenient for drive-thru.

Today I went in at around 6:40 and there was only one person on the line. Now I have worked in restaurants all my life. I know how hard it is to be on a line by yourself. It's not that there wasn't enough people there, there was plenty! Only one person actually doing there job. In the back I can hear laughing and screaming while one person was taking orders from a huge line of people. Nolan was the person to take my order and make my whole order while everyone else was goofing off. Nolan got my order done super fast for having a long line and being the only one! He did his job unlike everyone else and I can't thank the dude enough for doing more than his job was supposed to be.
