Today I went in at around 6:40 and there was only one person on the line. Now I have worked in restaurants all my life. I know how hard it is to be on a line by yourself. It's not that there wasn't enough people there, there was plenty! Only one person actually doing there job. In the back I can hear laughing and screaming while one person was taking orders from a huge line of people. Usually this Jimmy Johns is pretty quick (Fast time to my office was like 12 minutes after hitting Submit on my order) and the food is generally good (though they never really seem to pay attention to the "cut in half" and "napkins" requests... Today however, I ordered one sandwich for delivery at 1:34pm. Its currently 2:20 and my order status is still "order received" I expect things to be a bit behind due to worker shortages but this is starting to feel like they're just not...read full review

I had no issues or complaints until I placed an order online for delivery THROUGH jimmy Johns website for their driver to bring to me. Instead of calling to let me know they didn’t have a driver and that he was going to push my order through to Uber eats, the Uber driver takes my food to god knows where and marks it as delivered I opened my door and nothing was there !!!!
