It’s raining and the man at the window didn’t know how to use Apple Pay my car inside is soaked and I had to ask for napkins multiple times and he gave them to me with an attitude. I told them light lettuce and to put extra crispy onions they did not very disappointed today
A bit of time ago, I was sold moldy bread at 9 months pregnant. They insisted it wasn’t mold, but it was. Today, they delivered my order to the wrong address while I was waiting right by the window and never received it. The customer service is terrible, I called right away to let them know when the app updated that my order had been delivered, the person on the phone was snappy and insisted I wait a couple seconds.
