Absolutely the BEST location in Champaign Urbana. I would gladly drive out of my way to see the amazing staff! Seriously, I can't write better review for this location. Whoever is in charge of recognition and raises, please take a look at the staff during day shift. I never leave unhappy, in fact they go out of their way to make my experience a good one. It's the little things in life but it definitely matters to me. Thank you again.
The fries were hot & fresh and the rest of the food was good, as usual. The gentleman that was working the window late at night was very friendly and hospitable! We went near closing time, on a holiday, and received great service. Great experience!

This is the second location in Champaign I like to visit in order to get well done fries. Some managers or workers get upset when you ask for well done fries but with my son being autistic he loves his fries fresh out of the grease I try to get them that way. The manager at this location has always made sure to make them exactly how I ask without having an attitude so I'm all smiles with the managers and workers at this location.
