This is our favorite Mexican restaurant ever! We went today for lunch, and as usual, it did not disappoint! Best grilled shrimp and rice I've ever had in my life! I don't know how they prepare their grilled shrimp, but it is ahhhmaazzinnggg and bursting with flavor!! And the side salad is so fresh and tasty. 😋 Great atmosphere, along with fast, friendly service! Five stars!!Highly recommend!!
So glad we decided to stay in Champaign and have dinner at Las Palmas on our way to Ohio. We ordered the El Volcan and it was visually stunning and delicious. I would go out of my way to eat there again. We highly recommend this restaurant and dish. The staff were so friendly and answered all of our questions. I have never seen El Volcan on a menu and we go to a lot of Mexican restaurants. Attached is a picture.
