I have eaten at this chain for over 20yrs and never had such poor waitstaff or steak.The food was subpar and the delivery of my sides were untimely so that my side was cold upon arrival.It will be a while before I'm ready to give them another try

Food was fantastic. We had shrimp, salmon, chicken, potatoes, sweet potato, asparagus, brussel sprouts, house salad, & lava cakes. Everything was wonderfully seasoned & cooked perfectly. Restaurant was quiet so we could converse. Bathrooms were clean & nice. Food was a bit slow and arrived in 3 trips for 4 diners. I would definitely come here again.

The atmosphere is warm and relaxing and welcoming. Our server Sarah was absolutely fantastic.I had the French onion soup, cheese stuffed mushrooms and a mango margarita. Yummy yummy ?

Stuffed mushrooms very good, lots of cheese. Outlaw ribeye, large and juicy. Filet, ok, kinda dry. French onion soup was good. Salads had lots of stuff and large. Good service. Lots of dust on window ledges, probably needs a good cleaning throughout the restaurant.
This place can't get their act together. Sometimes, the food and service are great. Other times, they both are subpar. Lately, they can't get things right in the kitchen. The last time I visited it took over 50 minutes to get our food. So it's really hit and miss, but I doubt I'll be coming back anytime soon.
