McDonald’s is never mind-blowingly good. In fact, on some occasions it’s barely passed for life sustaining substance. This location wasn’t too bad. The chicken was a bit chewy because it was overcooked. The crew did a few weird things that I recommend avoiding. First, the napkins shouldn’t be paced at the bottom of the bag. The problem with this approach is that by the time I receive my food, the napkins were already soaked in grease—unless that was intentional. My second issue is my cup being tossed into my bag with the food, ensuring it’s toasty warm before flooding it with ice and a cold drink. By the time I got my food to the table, almost all the ice was melted.
Overall, this location won’t be amazing; it’ll be mediocre.

They always give you less than you order (e.g. filet o fish instead of double FOF) and the fries aren’t made in advance, so I had to wait 15+ minutes even though I was the first order in line)

They have no cashiers which is alright, but they never have working ice cream machines. I have legit had one from here in the 4 years I went to UIUC
Vegetarian options: I mean it’s mostly burgers and stuff like that, but you could eat here if you were vegetarian.
Parking: You can probably just park on 6th street and if you are in and out you won’t get a ticket.
Kid-friendliness: Yeah it’s kid friendly.

This place is downright revolting. The lobby is filthy, and it’s so disgusting it should be shut down for a proper cleaning. If the front area is this bad, who knows what the kitchen looks like? The service is an absolute joke. You’re barely acknowledged and handed your food like it’s a burden after they call out your order number. Ordering online? Good luck. If you show up after your food is ready, they'll hide it behind the counter so you can’t even find it. This place is a nightmare, and the root of all the problems is terrible management.

I visited a 24-hour McDonald’s around 3 a.m. expecting to grab some food, but the experience was disappointing. Right as I was about to order, the kiosks shut down for the lunch/dinner-to-breakfast transition, and a worker told us there’d be a 30-minute wait to clean the grills, which was fine. My friends and I decided to stay since we were starving and just wanted to get something on our stomachs. After waiting 30 minutes, we checked again, only to be told it’d be another 40 minutes to an hour because they needed to clean the store too. In the end, we couldn’t order at all, which makes me question how this place can call itself a 24-hour restaurant when there’s a 2-hour gap with no food service.

Went in for Iced latte that I always get but did not get due to not having them. Ordered iced coffee which is 60 cents or so cheaper paid with card and spoke with manager for change back but no reason given would not give me my change. Other employee keeps laughing when there’s nothing funny about it.

The morning team sucks lazy. I drive for Uber between 4am and 7am 616 E Green morning shift 100% terrible for business. I've had at least 7 morning pickup delivery they never ever ready for business, a 24-hour McDonald's. Some lazy young guy didn't want to prepare an order that was on Uber receipt it shows everything I was picking up. He didn't correct and told me his machine shows differently. I tried to deliver to the customer, but she wanted her order corrected what she paid for. Uber receipt I came back, and he still refused to correct it. Wow, he told me to take it back to her. Wow!!!!!!!! 2 hashbrown Biscuit sausage eggs with extra sausage 2 Cokes He gave me 1 chill frosty coke, not the 2 reg cokes Sausage and eggs Biscuit no extra sausage He read the order on my phone why he just didn't correct it. McDonald's not hurting customers, not right at 616 east Green st. Called the police Wow!!!!!! So I called later, and an employee answered I ask to speak to the manager until I exposed her. Sophia said she was the manager. From what I explained to her over the phone, her response wasn't a manager worthy. She said the employee in question was the morning manager. When she that I heard enough. Kirby and Neil st morning crew 4 stars Cunningham and Crystal Lake morning crew 4 stars always prep and ready to go.

I placed a mobile order and we showed up there and waited for 40 minutes before asking where our food was. We showed them the number and location and everything and they said they never saw it. Then they proceeded to do NOTHING about it so we just left empty handed and didn’t get our money back.
