Had them out to check out a oven that stopped working. They said t he control board was bad and could order us a used board for $600. The old oven was not worth $600. Instead of spending this much money on an older oven, we decided to purchase a new oven. When the new oven would not power on, it was determined that the breaker was bad. It was not the control board, it was just a bad breaker. When I reached out to Mr. Appliance to ask for my diagnostic fee back, they claim them did everything correct even though they did not diagnosis the problem. They even said the tech could not find anything wrong with the unit so according to the manufacture, it must be the control board. I've now spend a a lot of money just to replace a breaker.

Tech arrived within the defined window and was able to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher. In the end I ended up not doing the repair b/c it exceeded the cost of the actual dishwasher, but the tech was really helpful in giving advice on selecting a new appliance that had better reliability (previous one was a GE from 2019). Tech also gave some advice to help me save some money, which was very appreciated. Great experience overall. Will have them back to install the new dishwasher in a couple weeks.

Its a scam they lock you in to their crazy pricing by making you pay a diagnostic fee. I told them i knew what had to be repaired they said the techs must do it they cant do it over the phone . The price for the repair 450$ to fix the lock on my dishwasher .! 12 screws and an 80$ part. What a scam.

Prices are ridiculous!! Do yourself a favor and call around first. Charged $200 labor for 20 minutes!! I have to wonder if I wasn't a female uneducated in appliance repair if they would've charged the same.

Mr appliance set out one repair guy could not solve the issue had a 315 appointment at 400 called no notice and was informed he was running behind had to leave called on Monday rescheduled for Wed tech showed up was here for 3 hours determined it was a pump on the diswasher said office would call back its now Monday no return call no accountability terrible customer service

Showed up at a DESIGNATED time, not time slot. He was very kind and professional. Let us know what the problem was and that he'd have to order a part as we expected. Very pleased! Said part would be in, in about a week. They are holding up their end of the bargain, just made the return appointment. Office staff is very kind and very professional. This is the way to run a business!

My daughter has ordered from Mr. Delivery several times. Most of the time, they take an hour or more to deliver, the fees are very high, and a lot of times they get the order wrong. I would not recommend.
