Parking: The street parking is reasonably priced at $1. But, it’s limited to one hour maximum.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We order two burgers. We can tell they are not coming we ask about it AND THEY JUST SAY THEY FORGOT ABOUT IT and that the kitchen was closed. We get a refund but no compensation only a fake “sorry” and a “list of places to go eat”. The audacity. Only for this I’m not returning. How the hell you just forget about an order????????

We came in after a show at the recommendation of someone we met. We aren’t local and we wanted something to eat. It was around 11:30pm. We understood the kitchen closed at midnight so we kept it simple. We ordered two chicken quesadillas, when we finally got served (we sat at the bar and there were 3 bartenders and 2 bar backs). It took 25 minutes to get the quesadillas and they weren’t cooked to order, they were loaded with fried onions, the plates were dirty. The female bartender finally asked for our order after 15 minutes of ignoring (we were the wrong the gender, she was happy to help the men). My friend ordered a White Russian. The bartender filled half a rocks glass that was actually broken. Then didn’t even slide it to her, just left it sitting on the rail. The male bartender remade it for her in a new glass when my friend reported it was broken. He at least filled the glass a little more. I ordered a carbliss and despite there being a variety of flavors she just brought me cranberry, never asked what flavor I wanted. They never checked on us or asked if we wanted another drink. Seriously the worst service ever. And the quesadillas sucked. This happened 10/4/24. 0/10 I would never go back. Both my friend and I have worked in the restaurant business. This is not how you retain customers.

I generally don’t give negative reviews but this place definitely deserves it.
1) lines are not cleaned, draft beer tastes disgusting
2) the food system here is a bit different and you have to pick up from a counter separate from the bar. This is fine, but if you’re not from the area you should probably be told that. After 45 minutes I asked the bar where my food was and they told me to go to the counter. I went there and they said that it had been too long and they had paged me multiple times (I wasn’t aware of the system and didn’t hear my name) so they refused to give me the food I paid for. They told me I needed to pay again.
I guess I should have been a Karen earlier, being nice doesn’t always pay off.
3) you need to hire more bar staff, you cannot expect one poor woman to have to deal with a full bar of people and the entire tap room.
I am not sure why you would come here, but I would recommend anywhere else personally.
