Excellent location with friendly staff and quick service. My best friend got me signed up for their UnlimitedSips club so I stop by almost daily for my FREE drinks and regularly pick up some soup or a sandwich here.The food is always hot, fresh and tasty. I've even had employees check in with me multiple times while I was waiting to see if they could help me.Always clean and well organized. I regularly see the store full of other happy customers as well.
Service has been bad the last few times I’ve been to this location. Waiting over 15 minutes for a sliced and toasted bagel, while staff are literally standing around twiddling their thumbs, is wild.

To say this dining experience was on par with the best moment of my life is a tad bit of an understatement. Every single aspect of this restaurant(I know it's technically fast food but to me it's a beautiful restaurant and an outstanding place to enjoy the little moments that life has to offer) was simply perfectly executed with a love that is akin to grandmother's house on christmas. The customer service was warm and extremely helpful.

This location has not gotten our order right in over a year. We keep going here less and less, but my wife unfortunately really likes the food. Each time we call and they say, "oh sorry, we'll give you a gift certificate," and my wife keeps checking the bag because we assume they are going to screw stuff up. But we just can't keep up with how much they keep screwing up. Also, to get a refund, you have to physically go into the store after going through the drive through. We're at a loss. This location is not worth visiting. It used to be a nice restaurant. Too bad.
