Service has been bad the last few times I’ve been to this location. Waiting over 15 minutes for a sliced and toasted bagel, while staff are literally standing around twiddling their thumbs, is wild.

To say this dining experience was on par with the best moment of my life is a tad bit of an understatement. Every single aspect of this restaurant(I know it's technically fast food but to me it's a beautiful restaurant and an outstanding place to enjoy the little moments that life has to offer) was simply perfectly executed with a love that is akin to grandmother's house on christmas. The customer service was warm and extremely helpful.

My wife ordered 20 bowls of soup for her employee appreciation week days ahead. She even called the day ahead to verify the order and timing. Her employees have set times for lunch. I showed up to pick up her order a few minutes early. By the time that I could get someone's attention, I was told that they had many orders and ours wasn't on the list. After looking again, the employee said that it just loaded. I finally got the order about 20 minutes after the scheduled time...read full review
