While I wish the issue never happened at all the owners fast response and respectfulness made up for the poor experience. I will be giving the business a second chance.“
“I didn't eat but the Cafe breve was perfect. Service was prompt and friendly. I sat and worked on a project while people came and went . Perfect for me. If you want less activity there is a quiet study room. “Coffee is great, vibe is great, baristas are very nice - but in the few times I’ve been there, they’ll randomly close an hour earlier than their regular hours, without any warning. Just change your hours! It’s sucks to settle down to get some work done, buy a meal and coffee and get kicked out an hour earlier than you expect.“
“I come to this Panera all the time and it's always been great, today however I think they may have swapped the names on my order with someone else's food, because I opened my pick up order and it was nothing I ordered. Still ate it and it was pretty good! ????“
