Shout out to Tiffany and Heather at the member services desk. I had a complicated transaction and there were phones ringing off the hook and people needing returns and assistance. These two are getting it all done without a hint of frustration. Kudos, ladies.

New customer to Sam's Club.Good deal on Michelin tires, installation was great, lifetime rotation/roadside assistance program is great, tire/auto personnel are super friendly and also great. All around very positive experience.Thank you
