“Ive been to the mad goat coffee shop many many times and have been a loyal customer for years. Which is why I was so shocked to be treated the way I was last week. I have had nothing but good experiences but last Saturday that all changed. The employee Catherine (Cat) was extremely rude to me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I hope that the proper action is taken with this. Besides this encounter I still recommend mad goat to everyone and will continue to enjoy the delicious lattes and scones. “A small little donut shop that I can't help but stop at when I'm in Illinois. It has all your favorites and then some. The people there are extremely nice and respectful while also servicing some of the softest most delicious donuts and treats. It might look like a small town donut place but it has quality above almost any other.“
