1️⃣ 蒜蓉粉丝竹蛏/Bamboo Razor Clams with Garlic and Vermicelli- The flavor was extremely salty, but the vermicelli was quite filling. The razor clams were tender and springy, and the garlic sauce was excellent. However, you’ll need a lot of drinks to wash it down—my throat felt dry after eating.
2️⃣ 蒜蓉粉丝扇贝/Scallops with Vermicelli in Garlic Sauce- Similar to 1️⃣—also very salty but with a satisfying texture. The scallops were fresh and paired well with the garlic, but again, you’ll want to keep a drink handy.
3️⃣ 番茄雞蛋麵/ Tomato and Egg Noodles- The portion size was huge, definitely enough to share. However, like the other dishes, it was overly salty. The eggs were generously portioned and perfectly cooked, adding a nice balance to the dish.
4️⃣ 紅油炒手/ Wonton with Hot Chili Oil- The chili oil had an aromatic, rich flavor, and the wontons were stuffed generously with a flavorful filling. This dish stood out as a highlight despite the overall heavy flavors.

The waiter taking orders is a chubby young man, didn't get his name. He was pretty impatient and condescending with me when I placed the order, but I didnt think too much of it. When I waited for my order, a Mexican gentleman entered the restaurant, and the same waiter was even more dismissive and rude toward him simply because latter was a bit slow and not familiar with their menu. The waiter was loud and angry that I could hear everything between them. The Mexican gentleman remained calm and timid the whole time, making this racist behavior of Shiquan even harder for me to watch. Food was fine, but bullying and racism is not OK.

My partner and I have ordered Shiquan delivery for years and we love it. We always order the mouth numbing wontons, bokchoy, and cabbage. We went in-person once and the portions were massive! The space is very small, and they're clearly tailored more for delivery than in-service, but they did just fine and we'd have happily gone back, just haven't gotten around to it. They're our comfort lazy order-in restaurant in town.

The photo on the homepage had the same color as seasoned chicken... I guess I ordered the menu wrong... And the meat was chicken, but it was cooked in the style of stir-fried pork, so I was very confused. Still, the taste was good because the peppers, chili oil, and garlic were mixed well.

Wonton is pretty disgusting, overcooked and each one is falling apart. Also kind of bland, overall disappointing.
They are so mean! I went to the restaurant and sat on a table. Some time later the waiter told me to move to another table without any reason. The table was not reserved and the restaurant was empty. After some time another person came and sat on the same table and they didn't tell anything to him. Also their attitude towards me was super rude. Asked me if I placed any order, though I placed the order in the app.
