I've been here a few times. The owner is friendly, the food is FANTASTIC. In my opinion it's best BBQ restaurant in town. They know their stuff. I can't wait to come back and try the tips. Try the mix sauce!

My friend and I stopped in late on a Saturday to pick up some smoked wings. Place has a very unique walk-up to a second floor seating area, lending a real cozy atmosphere. The owner Alvin, heard us speaking with the woman at the counter and popped out with a sample of collard greens for us to try. We had an amazing chat with Alvin and he shared his passion for the business. We took the wings to a bar and had a feast. Some of the best smoked wings I've ever had and the seasoned fries were fantastic. Looking forward to my next trip back.

My friend and I had dinner there and was very pleased. Very clean, service was friendly and informative. We both ordered the 1/2 chicken which was so juicy and delicious. We opted to get additional sides instead of their fries. The greens and mac n cheese were excellent. We also got a banana pudding which actually had real bananas in it. Sooo good! Oh, we ordered a cornbread muffin which was also good. The only drawback was that they didn't have salt and pepper available on the tables. To tell you the truth, we didn't ask for any because we dove right into the food and was ok with the taste. We are already planning our next trip to get the ribs or rib tips, but that brisket sure looked good too.?

This is the worst brisket and chicken I’ve ever had, they were both dried out and not worth the 25 dollars I paid for them, you should be ashamed of yourselves for putting out this kind of food, you want to be the best , well be the best, but do it with a good quality

Went for carry out on a whim for lunch today. Very glad I did! It was a bit of a longer wait than I expected but nothing crazy. Pulled pork sandwich with mix sauce - delicious. Great size. Good heat level without being too spicy. Fries - well seasoned, look hand cut, tasty. Mac and cheese - 10/10. My definition of a perfect BBQ place mac and cheese. Cornbread muffin - awesome. Served piping hot and wrapped in plastic wrap so it stayed nice and moist. Would definitely recommend.

I just got the brisket dinner. I would not recommend this place. The brisket is so tough, it can barely be chewed. The slaw is nasty and the fries were cold and soggy. The baked beans were pretty good. I guess seeing no cars in the parking lot should have been my sign. Not for me. Not sure how they have 4 stars.

Ordered brisket sandwiches. Brisket was cold, dry, and overcooked. Sauce was very sweet wothout much flavor. Wanted to try coleslaw, but they were out.Enjoyed fries, but they didn't have ketchup. Gave us more of the BBQ sauce (which they charged extra for).Whole building stank. Smelled like a sewage leak downstairs.Overall disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Smoked wings were very good. Really like the seasoned fries. Good rib tips! Pulled pork sandwich, Sloppy Sooie and Burger were well made, son and husband enjoyed them. Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. Gave my daughter extra wings and a free banana pudding for her birthday even though they were closing for the game. Had take out here twice, both times food was hot, delicious, well packaged, friendly service. Clean restaurant, accessible building and bathroom.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator that makes the building wheelchair accessible. Elevator was clean and worked well.
