To all of you complaining about the drive-thru wait times, I have an idea: get out of your car and order INSIDE! Oftentimes, you can find 2-3 employees taking orders at the same time. You can see how many cars are in the drive-thru and figure that it's going to take a while to take each car's order, payment, make your drink &/or food, package your food, hand you your food, and then wait for the car to pull out!

This Starbucks Coffee Company location has a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes people feel relaxed. The coffee tastes rich and smooth, and every drink is made with care. The baristas are fantastic, always friendly, and very fast. They are so good that they often know customers' orders and complete saying it for them, making people feel special. The staff are incredibly sweet and provide great service, even during a rush. One barista brought a drink out to a customer who wasn’t paying attention and spent time to chat, making them feel comfortable and appreciated. The shop is a perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or get work done, as the ambiance is the nicest in town. However, one male manager has been repeatedly condescending towards the baristas, making unwelcome comments. On days he is not there, the atmosphere is way better. The female manager seems pleasant and friendly, and the baristas laugh with her. The baristas always seem slammed and stressed but remain lovely. The location also takes personal cups and rewards customers with extra stars.
