Finally got food poisoning at a subway.

Worker gave an insane amount of attitude because I asked what came in the cold cut sub.

There was only one worker which shame on management for only having one person during lunch hours. But anyways the worker was outstanding. I could tell she was so overwhelmed and stressed from being alone but she handled her job well and still kept a smile on her face. From one manger to the next this is how you loose employees. Also thank you to the worker for making my sandwich amazingly delicious 😋

Review written 10/18/2024, the employee who was working there this morning didn’t say one word the entire transaction from start to finish of making my sandwich or ringing up the transaction etc. Not exactly quality customer service skills. Lol.
Like yeah I’m tired too but I try to make each experience and interaction of life the best it can be, you know?
But overall rating 4 stars because this is a convenient location at the Illinois Terminal train station and bus station.
Nice to be able to get a sandwich or drink in between bus or train rides.

Its usually alright. Standard subway experience, nothing to write home about. However, I once placed an order for a sandwich through the app and was mistakenly charged twice. When I asked for a refund, they refused. They said they checked the security cameras and insisted that I had picked up two sandwiches which is why I was charged twice (I had not picked up 2). I ended up having to dispute the charge through my bank. No one who works here is competent at anything besides making sandwiches. The moment any problems occur, no one there is trained to assist you. I would only go here if you plan on ordering in-store using cash. Figuring out transaction issues will be a nightmare. You have been warned.

This was my first time at this Subway location. I got there right when it opened. Service was fast. The food was fresh and hot. No complaints there.The eating area was clean and spacious. Highly recommend if you need something quick.

Hey if you don't like your job you shouldn't be working here.. I walked in tonight to get a sandwich and they told me on the coupon if I buy a sandwich to get a free cookie and they refuse to give you my free cookie.. so I had to buy one it's not really the money it's the principle behind it. And they had a really bad attitude and it seemed like they didn't even care and they seem like they didn't want to be there. Quit if you hate your customers so much . I'm so sick and tired of going to restaurants or drive-thrus if they seem like they don't care.. not all places are like this but some and I'm sick and tired of employees having this bad attitude about they have to give you great service and they don't want to....
Located inside Illinois terminal at Champaign.Simple store, has dine in. Only one vegetarian sub option present, which is bad. Over-all decent store.
Vegetarian options: Only one vegetarian option. They don't know whether the sauces and Mayo contains egg!
Worst subway ever!!! We was the only ones in line and the lady stood at the cash register counting changes at the register while we waited never have I been to a subway and have to wait 20 minutes to be asked what we wanted then tell us they was out of bowls thanks for a waste of time!!!
We came to this store at 7:20 and the store says it closes at 8pm. However, all the lights are closed and the people said that they are closed as soon as we tried to enter. They didn't seem to want to take orders because it seemed like they had already started cleaning. It's quite unfortunate that the staff won't let people order even though it's more than 30 mins until the store is supposed to close. They left the order open, but for some reason all the lights were closed and they didn't take pur order. The two people I saw in the store seemed to be just standing at the cash register. Maybe they had some reason to close early, but it would have been nice if they said so somewhere.
