normally they're decent but sometimes when i order from them online my sandwich is missing MOST of the things i ask for like the sauces, bread being toasted, toppings making it a very depressing sandwich. sometimes i pay for a footlong and they just give me a 6 in without notifying me of the substitution or refunding unless i ask.

The worker was rude and condescending. Would not wait for us to decide our order. And when we did, she either told us that the way we order things were not correct, or made snide comments and remarks.
And to add—she told us that she could tell we “did not belong” there.

This worker, middle aged man just stared at me when I would try to order and when I would tell him what bread he would give me the wrong bread and laugh, he then put it in toaster after i repeatedly told him not to and it took me and his coworkers raising our voice to take it out of toaster. He then was staring and laughing making me uncomfortable.

I ordered online and I was told my order would be ready in 10 min. My friend ordered 2 minutes ahead of me and got the same estimated time. He got his after 10 minutes, but I got mine after 30 minutes. There were like 5 other people with online orders who got their food before us which makes no sense since my friend got his and ordered only 2 minutes earlier. When I finally got my order my sandwich was sloppily made and untoasted. This place sucks.

My god. Watching these people make a sandwich was physically painfully slow. My friend and I went in when they were 90% done with the person in front of us, and it took almost 40 minutes for the guy to make our 2 sandwiches. It was like he was moving in slow motion.

this Subway is so much faster at making your sandwich than most of the other ones in C-U are. and the sandwiches are still made very well. I've never been disappointed with a sandwich from this location, plus they are open late! it's nice to have a healthier option to pick up food from later at night.
