Fantuan delivery service was awful. No transparency about fees, no receipt (empty confirmation email), we could not choose a tip, literally had to call in to figure out what we were charged and whether the $20 coupon was applied. All of it went to delivery costs including automatic tip charge. No apologies or partial refund for the inconvenience. I know that is not exactly the restaurant's fault but they should reconsider their business with this fantuan company.

1) They let you add or remove anything. Some cost an extra $1 to add but it’s well worth it. Most places don’t even give you that option, especially via delivery app. They took the time and I appreciate that.
2) THE PRICES ARE AMAZING. You get plenty for the price, too.
