We stayed here on our way up north. There was no one at the check-in desk when we arrived. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. The toilet seat though was very loose - which seemed unsafe. During the night at 1:30 a large group of people came on our floor and were talking loudly in the hall and allowed kids to run back and forth for quite awhile. When we left the light was out in the one elevator - so we had a dark ride downstairs.
Bartender was a little shy but that's okay because the drinks made up for that. Nice and cold and delicious. This area in the hotel has a very soft mood setting. Lights are dem, no major music, tvs not blaring, 5 seats at the bar, then some open table with a few booths.Very clam and relaxing. Makes for a good time to wind down at the hotel.
We arrived late on a Friday night. We are titanium lifetime members and had received a suite upgrade so was excited about that as I had my wife and teenage daughter with us. There was no mention of our status, nor anything offered (breakfast, points, etc). When we arrived in the room there was a smell, a musty odor, covered up in part by some sort of fragrance.
