The bubble tea was good.. loved it. It’s overpriced tho. Almost $10 for regular size. I can tolerate that since the taste is good. But my friends and I decided that even though we love the taste, we will not come back anymore and will not suggest it to people we know bec of the very POOR customer service. The staff didn’t care at all! It’s like he was giving us a favor buying their products! Whoever the owner is… please train your staff.

It’s cold outside and I just wanted a drink with no ice. Apparently they don’t adjust ice levels and just gave me a cup of “milk tea” with like 75% ice. This policy is pretty ridiculous especially when drinks start at like $7. With over half ice this place is definitely not worth it.

We went pretty late at night and there was no one. It's definitely on the pricey side, but was tasty. The service was not the best. The person working looked very annoyed and pretty much threw our straws at us when they didn't give us one to begin with.

My partner and I came here today because I want to buy the Hello Kitty cup holder sleeve. Our initial experience was bad because we both called twice, and they didn't pick up the phone during normal business hours. When we showed up, we weren't greeted until I said excuse me I have a question, and she came up and was friendly. She showed me the two sleeves that they have in stock, and I'm happy to see that they have a ton. I was a bit sad that they were all out of the Hello Kitty drink. My drink itself was really sweet, and I didn't care for it as much. The cup itself is also cute, and I appreciate her remembering that I wanted a pink cup. My partner tried the mango sago drink, and it was really good. Tiger Sugar is typically not something I go get on the regular, since their drinks are sweeter and they have a smaller menu than what I'm used to. I do appreciate collabs like this though. This location is on the UIUC campus, with a couple of chairs and tables for you to hang out and enjoy your drink. For the most part people grab and go, and you can also order at the kiosk. This is a location I'd return to if I'm in the area, and if you have a sweet tooth or love sugar, this is for you.

Having one worker during a rush should at least be skilled enough to consider a customers wait time and be fast to make drinks. I placed an order before someone placed an 8 drink order and the girl made my drink after it. I got the brown sugar boba latte. The environment itself is small and cute with convenient kiosks, although the selection of drinks were lacking and the boba itself was smaller than average but had the right amount of chewiness.

This is by far the best boba tea I have ever had! All of them are so good. I would definitely recommend the taro one because it's definitely my fav. The people there are nice and willing to answer questions you have about stuff on the menu too. Great place to go to get boba.

Had a not so great experience today here. There were only 3 people in the lobby and it took 25 minutes to get our two drinks. We ordered bursting boba and they didn’t add it, when we asked they said that’s not a thing. Overpriced and not very good.
