They put the Arby's sauce on the receipt but did not give it to me and that's the whole reason I went to Arby's very freaking disappointed.

We have been there twice the drive thru crew are very rude and have not got our order right rather time will not go there again
2nd time recently that our food was cold. We order a classic roast beef with crinkle fries each & share mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks are warm the rest is cold. We are done with this Arby’s. We pay good money for cold food, not anymore.

i hadnt been in an arbys for years. typical fast food joint but hot ham and cheese was good, altho smaller than i remember

Went around lunch time one day and was going to use the drive through but it was at a standstill for about 5-10 minutes. Gave up waiting in the drive through and parked to go inside. Once inside Noone would even acknowledge that there was a customer in the lobby waiting at the counter and there was one guy packing orders who kept looking at me but never said anything or told anyone that I was there waiting. Ended up going back out and the drive through had been cleared out completely. The burger was great but they need much better training on customer service, if a customer comes into the lobby there needs to be at least one person who greets them or let's them know that someone will come help them soon.
Literally had to holler to get someone to the register to take our order. Food was fine.

Arby's standards, however, offer breakfasts, including potato cakes, biscuits, and croissants. Great staff, typical Arby's decor. It's definitely a good place to stop by for friendly service and Arby's fare.

I ordered the burger with all the junk on it, but when I tried to pick it up the bun kept sliding off from all the gooey mess/sauce on top of the burger. The onions were stringy and hard to chew. The Burger was cold. Very difficult to eat. I'm telling you, way too much slop on the top of that burger. You couldn't even taste the sloppy junk cuz it was all over, everywhere but where it should be. I will never order that hamburger again. The fries were ok.

It's a pretty solid location that is clean and efficient. The staff is always friendly and they never get my order wrong.
The food itself is at the higher end of what you'd expect from Arby's. You can be assured that your food will be prepared as specified and it will taste fresh.
The atmosphere is cozy and I believe that this location was recently remodeled so it looks modern and inviting.
Drive-thru operates efficiently and always gets my order right.

No one was at the order counter, had to wait. Really should have walked out! The music they had playing was so very nasty and improper. Oh my goodness! Went to the counter, took them at least 20 minutes to see me. Told them about the music to an employee. He went back to tell the manager, which I did hear. They laughed. I’ll never go back.Terrible. Need to make changes or close it down. Seriously

Went through drive thru. Ordered a Ruben and 12 roast beef sandwiches, and 12 Arby's sauces. Receipt shows exactly that. DID NOT GET ONE PACKET OF SAUCE! receipt shows 12 sauces I did not receive. What do I get when I call? Sorry. Like they are the ones that didn't check my order...that made me drive back across town and burn my gas. ALL BECAUSE THEY CAN'T CHECK THE ORDER AGAINST THE RECEIPT!! To me that is an awful way to treat customers!!! Poor training! Yes they got an earful and more! I will never recommend anyone go there!
If there is one in Mattoon, I will be going there from now on!!! If not....welll...so be it. I have never complained about not getting sauce before when I asked for it...but this time there was actually 12 sauces rang up on my receipt. Each sauce rang up individually! What are they blind that they can't see it? Sauce was over half my receipt! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A CORRECT ORDER!!!
