I absolutely love their cookies. Any time I go in person they're always quick and courteous. I have had issues with delivery with either missing items occasionally or longer then expected delivery times. Last few times I attempted to call to check on my order the phone would ring for 5+ minutes resulting in me just cancelling my order

Stopped by Insomnia Cookies and it was a great experience. The cookies were amazing—fresh, warm, and exactly what you want when you’re craving something sweet. The store was very clean and the staff was friendly. Evelyn provided excellent customer service and made the visit even better. Definitely a 5-star spot if you’re looking for a great cookie!

Based on the reviews, Insomnia Cookies is a great experience with amazing, fresh, and warm cookies. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. The manager and staff on duty are always amazing and greet customers with a smile. Customers love the ice cream and peanut butter cookies the best. Popular menu items include the carmelmillionaire and mint chocolate chip ice cream, as well as the peanut butter, snicker doodle, and m & m cookies. There are also vegan and gluten free options available. The vegan chocolate chip is crispy on the outside and edges with a nice softness in the middle, and the gluten free chocolate chip is the best ever. The double fudge is similar to a brownie, and the birthday cake reminds you of a sugar cookie. Some customers have had issues with delivery, including missing items or longer than expected delivery times, and the phone can ring for over five minutes. However, the in-person service is quick and courteous, making it a 5-star spot for a great cookie.
