I love them and they have a great deal for the boneless on mondays/tuesday. However i ordered for delivery today, I was told a half hour..50 min later still no food. She i got it my food was lukewarm & soggy so im really upset with that & the driver was not friendly (tall African american man). I will be picking up my next order.“
“Stopped by march 1st about 5ish and they were extremely busy. I'm talking 30 mins to an hour wait. Now mind you they only told me 20 lish minutes, I was running low on money and looking for dinner for 3, on the cheap!All that 2 say, THAT STAFF DESERVES A RAISE. Never once were they not busy, ppl coming in ppl coming out. But I heard clear communication, and saw amazing team work. They double checked each other and helped when asked! Not to mention also taking orders, they were pushing them out just as fast!I know a lot of ppl were complaining about the wait, but the cashier made it clear before I ever ordered how long the wait would be. She also made everyone else after me know, but they still chose to stay. (No reason 2 complain.)Both cashiers were super friendly and was doing an amazing job of working with customers even tho it was clear they were all flustered and tired.!If you stop in and it's busy, be considerate and show em a smile.P.s. dear management, you got a great team, a week later and I'm still thinking out how well they did! “The pizza honestly isn't my favorite, but the sandwiches are one of my favorite things to order. The wings are nice and the Chubby's sticks are really good with the butter sauce. It is also open super late, especially compared to anything around Charleston, and has been a life saver on the weekend. Only downside I can think of is that the food is pretty greasy so it can be rough on the stomach. Overall, a good place to order from when its late at night and you don't feel like going to Caseys.“
