My drink always tatse taste the same, and it delicious. The workers aren't very talkative or happy sounding but haven't had any problems with my order. My mobile order is always done when I get there they have quick service.

I have been so happy with this location most recently. They have really improved the product and the service. It was a long line this morning and I almost kept going, but I'm glad I stuck around since the line moved very quickly . The breakfast sandwich and coffee I ordered were great and exactly as ordered. Great Job to the staff you just got yourself a regular customer !!

I used to come here all the time… it’s kinda sad. I’m not sure if they just constantly keep getting new employees, but my drink never tastes the same as it did before or the day before. It’s just very inconsistent. I feel like the toasters for wraps needs to be cleaned, anytime I get a wrap from here I feel like I can taste the inside of the toaster.):

Just know I am a Starbucks for 5 years. Recently, I tried the same drink went to mattoon they were 10/10, today I tried charleston. I deleted my starbucks app and will be coming to dunkin. Because, I am highly pleased. I was knowledge when entering the store. I only order coffee and you make it how it's supposed to taste.

This is hands down the best Dunkin Ive gone too. I place a mobile every Sunday not too far from the building when I’m in the area & it’s already ready by the time I pull up! Staff is always super nice & my drink is always spot on!

These employees kick butt! They have things completed and ready to go even during their crazy busy hours. They work hard and deserve all of the recognition!
Every time I go through the drive through, it's empty. I place a mobile order when I get on the street and at the window it's already open and ready to hand to me. Not once have they gotten my order wrong (and every location has at one point). They are always true to their hours as well. They're also extremely nice people! I never do reviews for major chains but this is the first one where I genuinely love the service everytime I go!

Favorite! That’s all I have to say. Everyone is so friendly there. I go there enough & mobile order that most the time they recognize my car and anticipate me coming. Always greet me with my name & ask how I am. Never get my order wrong, but when I do they don’t hesitate to fix it. Always smiling even when I show up for my coffee 3 mins after open. <3
