Didn't stay, so the atmosphere was not gadged. Donuts were awesome! Bought the heart shaped filled donuts for my coworkers. Bought a dozen hearts and 25 donut holes.
Great location, I know sometimes Dunkin can be hit or miss but this one has yet to do me wrong! They are always super polite and friendly and I love that my drink always tastes the same. ( If you like your coffee a specific way you know how important this is ) I do miss the salted caramel cold foam, hope it comes back soon

I stopped at the Dunkin in Charleston Illinois and got two large iced coffee’s flavored that had absolutely no flavoring in them service was poor it was hot inside and the workers kept speaking in their language amongst themselves. I will not patronize this establishment. Very poor service I paid $20 for cold coffee with

I went thru the drive thru and got my usual, I got everything, but I was stopped twice by a worker when trying to leave because he didn't realize I got my food and that man was determined to make sure I got the right thing. 10/10.
