The employees are so friendly and kind!!
Dunkin is Dunkin. However, for a while there they did have some wonderful staff that knew my our order. They would call it out to us as we pulled to the speaker. One even knew me by name. Such great customer service and it's just really nice to have the person at the window upbeat and smiling. It seems they've had some turnover, so unfortunately that hasn't been the experience lately. Not bad, just not up to that standard.
