Guacamole al Molcajete
Our guacamole is made in the traditional aztec blender named molcajete which gives a unique touch of flavor. Tableside prepared. Gluten free.
Jalapeno Poppers
A house favorite. Jalapeno peppers stuffed with muenster cheese, breaded and deep fried. Vegetarian.
Empanadas
A house favorite. 2 fried pastry turnovers filled with chicken or beef with shrimp for an additional charge. Also available in vegetarian.
Calamares Fritos
Marinated house seasoned calamari fried. Served with roasted tomatoes, fresh garli and chipotle dipping sauce.
Bocadillos
Mixed sampler platter of cheese nachos. wings, chicken flautas and beef empanadas.

Tasty chicken wings basted in our mild buffalo sauce.
Coyote Nachos
Sloppy nachos. Mounds of chips smothered with beans and cheese, topped with jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole, an red sauce with chicken or ground beef with steak for an additional charge.
Quesadillas
Flour tortilla stuffed with pico de gallo and melted cheese. Served with sour cream and guacamole on the side.

Sopa de Pollo
Homemade chicken broth, veggies and chunky white meat.
Sopa Negra
Black beans with chopped onions, cilantro and hint of sour cream.

Taco Salad
Romaine lettuce, black beans, guacamole, cheese and sour cream. Served in a crispy taco shell with choice of grilled chicken or vegetables with skirt steak for an additional charge.

I’m low carb diet because of my health, El Coyote staff has always been helpful and patient with my food orders. Their waitstaff are very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. My wife and I and a large number of the staff at our church stop in regularly after church on Sundays. I would absolutely recommend El Coyote to anyone looking for a great restaurant with great atmosphere and friendly staff.

My co worker loves this place,and came highly recommended.,so the wife and I had to give it a go,.the quality of food and service was really really good.,and their margarita on the rocks was mixed perfectly,(it wasn't overpowered by the amount of tequila).,and was a fitting hair of the dog.,if we're ever in Charleston again and got an itch for Mexican,that's where we will go.

Best Mexican food in town. Service is great. Very personable and great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
