I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
The Dairy Queen in Fayetteville, TN is 100% pure T… TRASH.
12/23/25 to 04/17/26 visited five times.
5 out of 5 trips we are greeted with - “Sorry we are currently out of ice cream”.
Last night 04/17/26… we even called beforehand to see if “the ice cream place has ice cream”.. Whomever answered my call was on a concurrent call with DQ’s IT department for some password recovery methods.
