The Manger should be teach the new pizza maker There's different sauces for point pizza than regular pizza! We are regular customers we do like the point pizza the sauce. We were disappointed tonight. Our server Freddie is great.
Is it too much to ask that when you pick up an order it be right? I guess so if it’s from the Charleston Monicals. Then you call to come back and get your missing part of your order and still don’t end up with the correct items! Frustrating that they can take our money but not provide the food we pay for accurately!
We come to this location every year after the ILMEA concerts we have had no issues until this year. We walked in with our party this last Saturday and stood for a long while before being greeted, but it seemed there were only two workers so we were fine with waiting. When we were finally greeting and asked about our party we were met with the rudest waiter I have ever encountered! He tone that he used and acting as if we were inconveniencing them.
