We are sitting here right now and it has been an hour and they claim too many outside orders and the waitress came and said they dropped my wife's pizza on the floor twice which sounds like a cop out. Not the waitresses fault. We have had trouble with this guy cooking before. I would fire him with a phone call now. Charleston , Il.

Waited 2 hours for a delivery that never showed. Had to call to ask where my food was to be told they couldn’t find the address and they never called me. I went and picked it up and this is what I was given.

We love Monical's! I especially love their point sauce! They are my favorite pizza place in town. Dining in is great and you are usually attended to pretty quickly. We also get it delivered, and that's always been lovely too!

The Manger should be teach the new pizza maker There's different sauces for point pizza than regular pizza! We are regular customers we do like the point pizza the sauce. We were disappointed tonight. Our server Freddie is great.

I placed a delivery order. It was here before the hour I was told but my pan pizza was so doughy I could not eat it. My bread sticks were so hard the pizza sauce could not soften them. I have never had this kind of experience before with the quality of monicals food. I'm so disappointed. I don't know that I will ever order from them again.
Accommodated family of 10 quite nicely. The wait wasn't long.

Ordered a salad that was supposed to be romaine lettuce, per the menu. I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd known it was going to be iceberg. Waited forever for drinks and never got a refill, so my cup sat empty.

Very rude. Went in to have dinner with my family and the dinning is closed. So my husband went in because people was inside eating and asked why the dinning was closed and the manager said well we are down server and I don't feel good and I'm not serving anyone. He said well you have people eating in your dinning room she said yeah okay and? Then said that they are closing after that family leaves!

Our group met at Monical's at 7pm. Most of the food was delicious! However, the Monkey Bread was doughy--not thoroughly cooked. Our waiter seemed reluctant to serve us--attitude and service were poor. Before 9pm, they were already mopping the floor with a very strong cleaning solution, and the odor filled the restaurant. Not our most enjoyable dining experience!
