The Manger should be teach the new pizza maker There's different sauces for point pizza than regular pizza! We are regular customers we do like the point pizza the sauce. We were disappointed tonight. Our server Freddie is great.

I placed a delivery order. It was here before the hour I was told but my pan pizza was so doughy I could not eat it. My bread sticks were so hard the pizza sauce could not soften them. I have never had this kind of experience before with the quality of monicals food. I'm so disappointed. I don't know that I will ever order from them again.

Ordered a salad that was supposed to be romaine lettuce, per the menu. I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd known it was going to be iceberg. Waited forever for drinks and never got a refill, so my cup sat empty.

Very rude. Went in to have dinner with my family and the dinning is closed. So my husband went in because people was inside eating and asked why the dinning was closed and the manager said well we are down server and I don't feel good and I'm not serving anyone. He said well you have people eating in your dinning room she said yeah okay and? Then said that they are closing after that family leaves!

Our group met at Monical's at 7pm. Most of the food was delicious! However, the Monkey Bread was doughy--not thoroughly cooked. Our waiter seemed reluctant to serve us--attitude and service were poor. Before 9pm, they were already mopping the floor with a very strong cleaning solution, and the odor filled the restaurant. Not our most enjoyable dining experience!
The manager, I believe, was RUDE HOSTILE. WE came as a family. We rarely get to see each other seeing some live in another state. We had to get our own high chair, napkins ( the man) was hateful, and turned a joyful occasion into a stressful. He or a she, don't need to worry, we will go somewhere else. You all need better management in charleston il. Not kid friendly.

My younger siblings come here, and they say that this place always has great pizza and service. I came here with them, and so have to totally agree! The servers and workers were cheerful and polite, despite being very busy. The pizza was absolutely delicious! I’d highly recommend this Monical’s!
Butchered Chicago pizza. Not horrible but not geat either. Although for the prices you'd expect alot better.
