I have the food 5 starts simply because they were slow alot of the food was cold and some of it was dried out from being old and sitting to long however the food that was fresh was great and service is already great!

Absolute best Chinese food in Charleston Illinois! Unpretentious on the outside, but the restaurant was clean and comfortable; and the service was excellent. If you’re looking for great food in Charleston, then QQ Buffet is for you!
Vegetarian options: There were a couple of vegetarian entrees, as well as rice, soups, salad bar, and dessert options. Drinks are included in the price, with free refills. My vegetarian daughters were not with me on this visit, but they wouldn’t have had any problems with enjoying a good meal at this restaurant.

Delicious asian cuisine and very polite employees. The assortment of items on the buffet is great and there's also some salad and dessert options as well.
Felt clean and comfortable. The food was in need of attention. The rice was even cooked wrong. I can cook better mandarin at home.
