Arrived in the evening, 7:00 pm. Even at that time there was a fair selection of food at at reasonable price. Took me a second to realize it’s all self-serve (help yourself to the drinks), so there’s nothing really to rate on service. Good selection of desserts and ice cream cups.

Food was good but the girl at the register didn't believe me and my husband when we told her our daughter was 18 months old. I get that 2 and under eat free but I wouldn't lie about my child's age. She was born 11/24/2023. The girl said my daughter looked too big. My daughter is 20 pounds and about 2 ft tall. Next time I'll bring proof of her birthday if needed but I shouldn't have too.

They always have good food, much better than the Mattoon location nowadays. They were very accommodating to my Mom, who was in a wheelchair.
Food was cold and tasteless. Would not recommend eating here.

Nice spot to relax also enjoy all you can eat too. Watching the news on Sunday afternoon. Clean restrooms, friendly staff. Great donut and shrimp good both ways fried too. Wish they had another beef selection but just 1.

I have the food 5 starts simply because they were slow alot of the food was cold and some of it was dried out from being old and sitting to long however the food that was fresh was great and service is already great!

Absolute best Chinese food in Charleston Illinois! Unpretentious on the outside, but the restaurant was clean and comfortable; and the service was excellent. If you’re looking for great food in Charleston, then QQ Buffet is for you!
Vegetarian options: There were a couple of vegetarian entrees, as well as rice, soups, salad bar, and dessert options. Drinks are included in the price, with free refills. My vegetarian daughters were not with me on this visit, but they wouldn’t have had any problems with enjoying a good meal at this restaurant.
