This is by far the e worst Taco Bell you can ever go to. 10/10 times my order was wrong and then the manager had the audacity to say did you check it?haha yea I did that’s why I came right back in! Horrible service and no one there gives a smidge of respect to even working an entry level job.. all pathetic workers

The soft tacos I ordered had only cheese and soft tortilla no meat no tomato no lettuce was horrible and the nachos bellgrande was asmall scoop of refried beans and a dollip of cheese nothing else absolutely the worst Taco Bell I've ever had don't waste your time go somewhere else to eat it's got to be better than this place. I have been back since the first review and it has totally improved would recommend this Taco Bell highly

I always love getting Taco Bell! It's one of my go-tos for really quick and cheap food. A cheesy roll-up and fiesta potatoes are a great combo.
Closed an hour and a half early and loudly curtly yelled at me we’ve been closed for an hour when I showed up to the listed hours both in the app and online.
The staff is super friendly and the food is usually good. I Highly recommend trying a freeze during happy hour 2-5, only a dollar!
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.
Kid-friendliness: It's my kid's favorite fast-food place in Charleston, IL.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible parking.

Parking: The parking area is excellent and wraps around the restaurant. There are two handicap parking and two mobile parking for pickups. The rest are regular spots.
