Fast service at times. Depending if mattoon or Charleston. Mattoon people you'll get your food quicker for online orders if you order from Charleston store. No joke I had to pick up 4 orders at 1 time and Mattoon store took almost 50 minutes to make 3 orders worst service I've ever seen.

This is by far the e worst Taco Bell you can ever go to. 10/10 times my order was wrong and then the manager had the audacity to say did you check it?haha yea I did that’s why I came right back in! Horrible service and no one there gives a smidge of respect to even working an entry level job.. all pathetic workers
No one is there at front desk and no help is getting for customer.

Ordered online for pick up to be met with locked doors and a lobby full of people. I was never able to get my food because they refused to open the door and had to call an 1-800 number to try to get a refund.
