Attended a Wedding Saturday that Fulgenzi's catered. Wow, wow, wow! Best Wedding food ever, by FAR! Every comment we heard (which were many) was all great and bragging about the flavor of the food. Staff taking care and keeping the food filled up were so friendly, courteous (offering to carry plates if someone couldn't carry their own), just all around making you comfortable! Definitely recommend Fulgenzi's Catering for any occasion!!!! Thank you for making our dining experience the best ever!

This casual, family-owned restaurant is great for families, as it has a couple of arcade games, a slot machine, and a couple of TV’s. Their hot fudge shakes and cheeseburgers are awesome! The pizza is so good, as it’s thin crust and cut into small pieces, which is perfect for little kids to handle. They also have a pickup window if you call and place your order ahead! Great location on Sangamon Avenue across from the IL State Fairgrounds with a nice size parking lot.

The restaurant was closed when i came thru town, but i was able to stop and park and get a few photos. Neat old gas pumps and coke machine.

Great casual mom and pop restaurant with burgers, shakes, pizza, pasta etc. There is a drive-up and lots of parking. Across the street from the Illinois State Fairgrounds. Been eating at this place for over forty yesrs!

Hadn't been here in a while. Used to love their food. Now... not so much. Had fettuccine Alfredo but it was like the dish had set a while... gummy and sticky. Also got the meaty man pizza. Greasy and tasteless. Service was slooooow but I guess that's to be expected in today's economy with help had to get. Probably won't go back. Way too many good restaurants around.

We stopped here on way back to Missouri from Chicago for lunch. It was well with the stop! The ladies working the place were wonderfully nice. My 8 year old got excited about the fettuccine Alfredo they brought out and accidentally spilled his full drink all over the floor. They were super patient with him. Pizza was very good. Sandwich was too. Alfredo had a great taste and breadsticks were sooo delicious. If this was closer to home It would be a place we would frequent often.

Great hamburger and fries! We had eaten there a few years ago and wanted to take our friends there. They enjoyed the atmosphere. Will return when in the area.

Friendly service, an old fashioned basic diner experience, and great food. This was my second visit and I will be back soon! Went for lunch this time with hubs. Came away stuffed full of food I normally don't eat but love! Huge burger with everything, really good crispy fries, and a chocolate shake! Last time I tried their delicious pizza. I could not really choose which I preferred as both really good....and for small kids they have an entertaining but yes it costs claw machine! Also, very easy for people on walkers to get in and around as I saw a lady on a walker there with her daughter this time. I will be back soon!

I go for their pizza. My hubs like their hamburgers. Always good. Local icon. Lots of choices and always good. Closed during the Illinois State Fair

Fulgenzi's catered my daughters wedding Oct. 5, 2019. I would highly recommend them. The food was hot, and excellent!!! I had no complaints. Many of the guests said that it was the best wedding food they ever had. One individual said its was the best meal he's had in a long time. nothing but praises all night long! Great Job! And, excellent service besides. The girls were extremely helpful and friendly. They had smiles on their faces and that says a lot!
