“Eva’s cookie Jar you absolutely exceeded my expectations! The design and colors were perfection. I’m extremely happy I chose you to make our cookies for a baby shower I was hosting. Unfortunately the baby shower didn’t happen…yet, as the little princess had other plans and arrived early! Eva graciously worked with me adjusting the order and gave options that worked for both of us! Once we get the baby shower rescheduled we’ll definitely be touch to order more!”

“Pretty good food and great service! Decent prices too! There are a few items under $10 but most are around $12-$15. Restaurant is pretty small on the inside but you can still eat in if you want to. I appreciate the convenience of ordering online and pay at pickup cuz it makes things much easier.”

“Just picked up a ton of food for what I paid! I was greeted cheerfully and updated on my order right when I walked in. The wait was not long at all for the size of my order and everything was correct and absolutely delicious! I will certainly be eating at China River more often. Excellent food and very kind folks!”

“My son was given an achievement award at school for a free kids meal. Unfortunately we were given a a coupon that was expired. The manager still accepted the coupon even after telling us it was expired. My son was very proud of getting this award and was soooo excited to get his kids meal. I really appreciate Mr. Scott. Something so simple really made our day, especially my sons. I can’t say thank you enough. Love love love, this location!”

“Atmosphere???- I dine out every time. I would like to say though it is hard to get in contact with your Chatham location, the phone number will either say disconnected or route you to an automated system and let me tell you that system today was bogus I kept pushing 2 then 4 per prompt instructions however it just kept repeating the prompt options after each time I selected 4......... can you please fix that.... The whole reason I was trying to call was because I used the app to order my food and was waiting on my order number to come up and the pickup time but it never appeared so my co-worker went to go get it and it was ready so it would be super helpful if the App would work properly too. 15 in after my food has been picked up it is still showing that I am holding for an order number.....just saying most of us wait for that order number to appear and a pick up time before leaving............outside of that all is good..... it isnt your people that is the problem it is your apps and phone.
I only did 4 stars due to the app and phone issue.”

“Delicious food. My 2nd visit got off to a very bad start, but staff were very apologetic about the reasons for it (even though part of it was my fault), and waived the price on my food for my troubles. I greatly appreciated that. Excellent Chicken Shawerma, definitely going back again. ?”

“I can honestly say Vele is the best fine dining experience I’ve ever had. The service, the food, everything is consistently incredible every single time we go. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but it is so worth it. I’ve never had a bad meal here, and I’ve never had anything less than amazing service. Every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely divine. The Filet Mignon is my favorite and is 10/10 every single time. I celebrated a friend’s birthday there last night, and it was just another perfect experience. We had Shane as our waiter (again!), and he is always fantastic, attentive, fun, and truly great at what he does. I actually worked with him years ago at another restaurant, and he’s just as wonderful outside of the restaurant as he is there. Vele is lucky to have him, and I feel lucky to have a place like this to keep coming back to.”

“The greeter was exceptional. Strip steak was tender, juicy, and delicious. Shrimp and clams were lightly battered and very tasty. We all tried the scallops and loved them. Great service! We will definitely go again! Highly recommend.”

“My family and I have eaten here at least twice and both times the food has been amazing! Recently, I really enjoyed the pumpkin chipotle soup and veggie open faced sandwich ( I can’t remember the official name). We also got three deserts and all were amazing! I’ve also bought delicious tea from her and appreciate the expert help picking it out! I highly recommend eating here!”
